Hello, I used to produce yogurt, but my yogurt would always spoil. I stopped producing it, but recently I started producing it again. This time I used TG and starter. My yogurt turned out very good. However, when it comes to the refrigerator in the stores, water comes back and gets on the yogurt. I don’t know what the problem is. Please help me.
